Description

An internship to assist the ICT Governance and Service Delivery Manager across a wide range of functions, including governance reporting, information security, audit compliance, risk management, vendor management, and project management. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in the core operational and strategic support areas of an ICT department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling ICT governance reports and implementing the information security programme
• Support ICT audit reporting and risk management activities
• Assist in vendor management and reporting
• Prepare ICT reports for various committees
• Initiate and roll out approved ICT projects
• Compile project issues, risks, and deliverables
• Assist in developing project plans, reports, and managing project budgets

Qualifications

• Education:
• National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent
• A National Diploma or equivalent qualification (NQF 6) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security Professional, or a related field
